Kata i3 Launches at Robinsons Forum

The launching event was filled with shoppers, tech bloggers and Kata fans alike wanting to have a glimpse of what the Kata i3 has in store for them. They were delighted with its host of new features and how the new smartphone contender actually carried out a superb performance. They were also given free raffle coupons which they can drop by at the tambiolo for a chance to win a Kata i3 and other exciting prizes such as pouches, mobile cleaners and among others in the “Spin-to-Win”.

The program was hosted by Christopher Dy, a Kata product specialist. A demo was presented by Maricris Aluning, Product Manager where she introduced the special features of Kata i3 which includes “Gesture” and “Gloves”. The “Gesture” feature provides its users to control the Kata i3 smartphone even in standby mode while the “Gloves” allows anyone to navigate through the smartphone even while wearing gloves.


After the demo, the official promotional video of Kata i3 was firstly shown to the public.

A question and answer portion was held and participants who got the right answer won some cool prizes. But the most anticipated segment that day was the “Spin-to-Win”, where participants got the chance to win a brand new Kata i3.

The launching event was capped off by a raffle draw made by Ms. Christine Bernardo, Sales and Marketing Manager of Kata Philippines to choose the lucky participants to join the “Spin to Win”. After a few attempts, one lucky winner got a brand new Kata i3.
